Preventing HBP & Diabetes. How to Look After Your Health Differently.
Dear Friend,
Illness creeps up on people quietly.
Nobody really knows what condition is silently developing until the first symptoms show up and a trip to the doctor is needed.
By then, the prevention phase is over and it becomes a case of either expelling the unwelcome house guest or reluctantly accommodating them.
Some conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, have clear risk factors such as poor diet, little or no exercise, and alcohol intake.
Other illnesses may not be down to life-style choices but rather due to factors that are not easily controlled.
These could include environmental, hereditary and ageing.
So here's the thing: you could be a gym bunny, eating your greens and generally being on your best behaviour but still get sent on detention because something else is taking its toll.
The good news is that it's predicted that eventually human beings will no longer get sick or grow old. But for that you need to be doing your kundalini meditation.
And that really is a life-style choice. More below.
