Your Power to Put Things Right. How to Develop Yourself. Dear Friend,
Your body, your feelings and emotions; your fears, insecurities and aspirations; your wants and your desires, are symbolised by a geometric image, the Shri Yantra.
This image (shown below) has been an object of worship in India for thousands of years.
Variations of it appear in Tibetan and Southeast Asian cultures as mandalas, and are said to simultaneously symbolise the whole of created existence, or the universe, as well as yourself.
Like mandalas, the Shri Yantra is used in a complex series of meditations on energies inherent in different parts of the image, in order to achieve certain outcomes.
These outcomes could be a personal material or spiritual attainment or some result in the outer world.
The barrier to the successful use of the Shri Yantra lies in the complexity of the meditative ritual, which involves 'Puja' (worship) to the 'deities' said to be residing in it.
This barrier is removed in Sahaja yoga by replacing the Shri Yantra with your meditation photo.
Since you too are symbolised by Shri Yantra, the photo becomes like looking at yourself in a mirror. And your reflection improves with the increasing rapport with the photo every time you meditate.
Then you begin to notice certain outcomes - how you develop a power to put things right in both your inner and outer worlds. More below.
