Indian Ayurvedic Head Massage With Warm Coconut Oil For Relaxation. 
'Shiro Abhyanga' or Indian therapeutic head massage is said to relieve headaches, insomnia and stress. Warm some coconut oil in a jar by immersing in warm water.
