Be Kind To Yourself. Overcoming Guilt, Worry & Over-Thinking. Dear Friend,
As you gently and steadily blossom into your wiser, stronger and more capable self with your daily kundalini meditation, there are three carry-over tendencies that you need to junk.
These tendencies, if you have them, are: easily feeling guilty; worrying about stuff; and over-thinking.
Guilt comes from a 'catch' on the left vishuddhi chakra. Worrying and over-thinking are usually due to some combination of 'catches' on the front agnya chakra and the right swadisthana chakra.
And what causes the 'catches'? It could be partly from your life-style but mostly from your childhood and up-bringing. So there's a big unintentional influence from your mum.
Your kundalini does her best to clear the 'catches' but you can be kind to yourself and help her by understanding the basics of chakra self-care, using this simple guide: My Body, My Temple.
