Dealing With Risk - How To Anchor Yourself.

Dear Friend,

If you're more than a little anxious about everything going on in the world at the moment, then you're not alone.

Pandemic, War and then the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) reminds us in their most recent report, how much faster than expected things are heating up.

Life seems particularly risky at the moment, but there's a way you can deal with it:

Anchor yourself at Sahasrara chakra. How? More below.

Also below: Getting yourself some 'shinrin-yoku' and the way to domestic bliss through the stomach.

Best wishes

A Walk In The Woods - Just What The Doctor Ordered.
A program in Canada that began in January, allows doctor's to prescribe a park pass rather than pills as an option for managing physical and mental wellbeing. The Japanese have long known about the benefits of a walk in the woods and call it 'shinrin-yoku' ('forest bathing'). Domestic Bliss (Left Nabhi Chakra) - A Guided Meditation.
If you're worried about bills and arguing with your partner, you could resolve things by giving a little care and attention to your left nabhi chakra in your stomach. Here's a short guided meditation to clear your left nabhi chakra and give it vibes with the help of a simple mantra. Surprisingly, this simple practice can change things for the better. Here's why...

Quote of the Week

" Be the change you wish to see in the world" is an appropriate quote, which fits perfectly the self-transformative power of daily Sahaja yoga meditation.

Each of us carries within us, in microcosm, the world as we see and live it. As your kundalini, with every sitting in meditation, gradually heals and nourishes all your chakras, your projection on the world changes.

When this is repeated in many individuals  - hence the purpose of en masse kundalini awakening - a critical mass is reached and the whole picture changes. That is the hope.

Besides which, in the meantime, your enlightened meditative attention can have a real effect.
