What You Need To Know About Vibes - Love & The Theory Of Everything.

What You Need To Know About Vibes - Love & The Theory Of Everything.

Dear Friend,

From the experience of many, many people, typically what happens when you've established your daily meditation practice is that , you get the feeling that you've finally discovered what you were looking for; your health improves, your work life and money matters improve, your relationships improve and you get a real sense that you're being looked after and guided by an unseen force.

You could call it a force of universal benevolence or the all-pervading vital force of existence. Bodily, you experience it as the vibes you feel on your hands and at the top of your head when your kundalini comes up.

In Sanskrit, it's called as 'Spanda' meaning 'throb' or 'pulsation' , the same as 'unstruck sound' or 'Anahata', which is the Sanskrit name given to the heart because the heart beat is a throb or pulsation. So, ultimately, vibes are nothing but the all-pervading power of divine love, according to the philosophy of yoga.

It is this unified force of love that physicists are currently trying to find an equation for and which they call A Theory of Everything. When electricity was discovered, the world changed. When vibes become the basis of science then technology will work in harmony with Nature, not against it.

Pay attention to the vibes; they can tell you a lot. More about this below.

Also below : giving yourself some music therapy ; and how to get lucky in 8 different ways.

Best wishes

In the following raag (audio only), Kishori Amonkar, one of  India's most celebrated classical vocalists demonstrates the power of a single note to open the heart and sahasrara chakras...

Universe Within - What Are The Vibes You Feel On Your Hands?
When staring out at the night sky adorned with distance stars and galaxies, in a certain way, you're staring out at yourself  because our human composition is 'star dust' and we're created from the same source. This source persists as the vibes you feel on your hands when you meditate and this is how you learn to interpret them...

Quote of the Week

".The first thing, in Sahaja Yoga, is that you get the experience of feeling the spanda [vibes], the cool breeze, on your finger tips. Without the experience you should not believe anything.
That means a new dimension has come now, in your nerves...The knowledge about yourself was so poor. But after Realisation [kundalini awakening] suddenly the whole thing got enlightened."

"When I meditate I do feel the wind sensation on my hands but I'm not always able to get my mind to be quiet. Will this come gradually?"

Someone once compared the meditation to surfing. When you catch a good wave (thoughtless awareness), ride it as far as you can. The more experience you get, the longer you can ride that wave.

When you have a busy mind and it's difficult to go silent, try the ice pack on the liver treatment.

3 Zen Hacks - Your Power Of Watching Without Reacting.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness By 10-Minutes Daily Thoughtless Awareness.

3 Zen Hacks  - Your Power Of Watching Without Reacting.

Dear Friend,

You have a silent untapped power of zen which can give you 3 things: Equanimity, Enjoyment and Effect, when you want it to.

Here's how they usually play out.

There's an approaching danger on the horizon - big or small. It could be an important work deadline that you know you won't be able to meet. It could be to do with facing the consequences of something that happened earlier in your personal life. You could stress out about this. Don't. Watch without reacting: Equanimity.

Ownership of anything is no guarantee of satisfaction. It could carry a burden that cancels out the up side. Look but don't touch. Watch without reacting: Enjoyment.

When facing a challenge without an obvious solution or when stuck between a rock and a hard place, stop looking for a way out. Watch without reacting: Effect.

In all 3 scenarios, your state of zen is the magic ingredient that makes things work out. And zen means cultivating a mind like a lake without ripples or being able to watch without reacting, a trick described below.

Also below: cinnamon, honey and blueberries on pancake, anyone? And, enjoying the fruit of knowledge; on your chakras.

Best wishes

Fruit Of Knowledge - A Meditation For Enjoying The Benefits Of Your Chakras.
Your Kundalini is quick. Ask her for something in meditation and she immediately gives it to you. Because she can and she knows how. Here's a simple guided meditation to help you begin to enjoy the fruits of your chakras.
Your Power Of Watching Without Reacting (Chitta Vritti Nirodha).
According to the original source book of yoga, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the definition of yoga is 'chitta vritti nirodha'. 'Chitta' means the mind/attention ; 'vritti' means flactuations; and 'nirodha' means arresting or stopping. So yoga, ultimately, means watching without reacting and the trick of being able to do that lies with your kundalini. Here's how she does it...

"Can you recommend anything for skin problems?"
In Reply:

Internally, regularly drink vibrated water - which helps to clean stomach and liver, both of which influence skin health.

Externally, apply some Kailash Jeevan ( multi-purpose ayurvedic cream available on Amazon) directly onto the affected parts of the skin. Best used before bedtime and left over-night.

Why Your Past Is Important - Tracing A Historical Lineage.

Why Your Past Is Important - Tracing A Historical Lineage.

Dear Friend,

We're each the product of our ancestors. And the popular interest in a docu-series like Who Do You think You Are? , or websites like AncestryDNA.com  is all down to the feeling that if you know your family background better, you'll have more understanding about yourself.

This is also true about tracing the history of  knowledge of the kundalini.

It's roots are in the ancient superhumans tradition of the Siddhars in South India. It's next reappearance was with a secretive 11th or 12th century sect of Hatha yoga masters in India called the Nath Panths.

The Nath Panths travelled widely and at some point the knowledge reached medieval Europe, and, still shrouded in secrecy, provided the basis for the practice of Alchemy - the 'turning of base metal into gold' and the search for the 'Philosophers Stone'.

A 17th century alchemist by the name of Robert Boyle, went on to become the 'father of chemistry' and is said to have invented the pursuit of knowledge through observation and analysis which is the foundation of modern science.

Modern textbooks on human anatomy, name the bone at the base of the spine as the 'sacrum' (sacred) and the bone at the top of the head as the fontanel (little fountain). The next time you see an ambulance speed by, check out the universal medical symbol (Rod of Asclepius) on it's side: it's of snake(kundalini) coiling up a staff (central channel).

A knowledge that was secret is now hidden in plain sight. the last leg of the journey to Sahaja yoga is described below.

Also below: a visit to the museum without leaving your sofa; and, harnessing the power of your attention.

Best wishes

Attention Deficit - A Guided Meditation For Restoring The Lost Power Of Your Attention.
Our attention span is getting shorter and shorter apparently - Microsoft says we're down to 8 seconds. That's why any form of mindfulness practice can be beneficial, because it's a way of training your attention, which is mental health positive.  Sahaja Yoga meditation turns the dial up on this to level 10, because your kundalini restores the power of action to your attention; first on your chakras like this..
Tree Of Life - The Roots Of Sahaja Yoga.
Plastic flowers (anything artificial) can be produced in no time, Shri Mataji once remarked, but real ones require the slow, deep working of Nature.  And this is what Sahaja yoga is. It's the culmination of the working out of a long process, over a long period of time, which is another way to describe human evolution. In this short 5 minute clip , Shri Mataji explains how the solitary, individual achievement of the purpose of human life by ancient yogis is now a modern en masse pursuit...

Quote of the Week

"The power that is flowing from [your] inner Self. The vibrations that are flowing from us is 'Ishwari Shakti'... It is omnipresent. Whether that thing is dead or active or alive, everything has vibrations. Means, this power exists in molecules, atoms... In the human being, this power stays in [their] heart. And it pulsates. A life that pulsates in the heart of human being, is the same Power. So, you can call it ‘the Power of Life’ and this power is the source of life in the world."  (translated from hindi)

March 3rd 1975, Mumbai (India).

"When I meditate I can feel the vibrations on my left hand but not on my right hand. What does that mean?"
In Reply:

It's nothing to be concerned about. The right-side is the side of action or your 'doing' side, so if you're not feeling vibes on the right hand, it's an opportunity to improve your power of accomplishing things.

When you're next sitting in meditation, use your right hand to draw vibes from your left hand, over your head, and bring it down to the right side. Repeat until you can begin to feel the vibes on your right hand and right side. This is how you balance the vibes on your left and right sides.

When your vibes are flowing nicely, then you'll notice how everything you're doing starts to flow as well. Things get done.
