Love & Your Well-being.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness By 10-Minutes Daily Thoughtless Awareness.

 Love & Your Well-being.

Dear Friend,

Love is in the air. Literally.

When your kundalini pierces the fontanel bone at the top of your head , through a subtle yogic opening called 'brahma-randhra' ('the hole of brahma'), the flow of vibes comes in, which you can feel on your hands as a cool breeze.

The name given to the vibes in sanskrit is 'spanda shakti' - 'spanda' means 'throb' or 'pulsation' and 'shakti' means 'divine feminine power'. The vibes have also been described as 'vatsalya', which means the unconditional love of a mother for her child.

When you meditate daily, the flow of vibes you get at the top of your head (sahasrara chakra) slowly begins to permeate your being. The result is that all your chakras gradually get cleaned and nourished in the way that flowers bloom when watered.

Since your chakras are responsible for your mental, emotional and physical health, when the state of your chakras is improved by the vibes (love), there's an increase in your all-round well-being.

More below about the transformative effect of vibes.

Best wishes

The Art Of Walking - 10 Benefits To Your Health.
We all know that sitting down for long periods of time, such as at your desk at work, is not good for your health . So it's probably no surprise that regular walking is good for you - not the gentle stroll to the shop to get the morning milk; but the brisk walk that raises your heart-rate. And, no need to run; just walk; which is kinder to your knees. So here is a popular video on YouTube of the 10 ways daily walking can help you.
Rising To Perfection - Meditating With Repeating Seed (Beeja) Mantra.
We're all on a jouney to perfection. The path of this journey is represented by your central channel (sushumna nadi) through which your kundalini rises. In Indian iconography the power behind this rise or ascent is called 'Maha Lakshmi' (lit. 'Greater Wealth'). Here is a meditation using the 'seed' mantra of mahalakshmi which you can listen to on your commute.
Power Of Love - Your Health, Wealth & Happiness.
The transformative effect of vibes (love) through your daily Sahaja yoga meditation first shows up as increased well-being. But then a surprising thing happens - you begin to feel that you're being looked after in every other aspect of your life: job improves; money situation improves, relationship improves. This phenomenon is described as 'yoga kshema vahamyam', explained like this...

Quote of the Week

"The truth is that you are not this body, you are not this mind, you are not these conditionings, you are not this ego. But you are pure spirit. ... another truth is that there is a very subtle all-pervading power of truth which is pure love, which does all the living work. We see all these beautiful flowers and we take them for granted we don’t think how they have become flowers from a little seed. How every kind of a flower has a different fragrance, a different shape, a different colour. In the same way, we have become human beings from amoeba stage. What did we do to become that? Spontaneously by this living force of love, we have become human beings. So now you have to feel this force which is surrounding us. "

" I have a little corner of my bedroom set up for meditation , with the meditation photo, a candle and I sometimes burn some incense. When my sister's teenage daughter visits, she describes feeling suddenly very peaceful when she comes into my room. Can people be sensitive to vibes even without kundalini awakening?
In Reply:

Yes, people can be sensitive to vibes without kundalini awakening and your niece is an example.

The difference is that with kundalini awakening the vibes are tangible and can be felt on the hands , which allows a relative comparison of vibes to be made.

Your niece is able to say the room feels peaceful but  perhaps may not be able say where the peace is strongest and weakest or which objects in your room emit the most peace.
