Dear All,
Here's a tip for looking after yourself. 
Your
 chakras, which look after every aspect of your well-being are 'wired' 
into your finger tips, so whenever you feel pricking/tingling sensation 
on the fingers while meditating, just give the finger a rub  and you 
could be making yourself better in some way.
By
 the way, if the sensation is at the base of the fingers, then it's said
 to represent your father (right-hand) or mother (left-hand).
