Do This When You're Stuck - How To Decide Better In Any Situation.

Dear Friend,

Lawrence  Berra who died in 2015 at the age of 90, was a baseball catcher for the New York Yankees, and is considered one of the greatest catchers in Major League Baseball history.

But his other, more popular, claim to fame and why he was named 'Yogi' Berra, was because of some of the paradoxical statements he'd make when speaking to reporters.

These included such gems as :
  • "If you don't know where you're going, you'll end up someplace else."
  • "You can observe a lot just by watching."
  • "Half the lies they tell about me aren't true."
However, the Yogi Berra quote online with the most likes, is this one, which he apparently said when he was giving directions to somebody:
  • "When you come to a fork in the road, take it!"
So, when you're stuck at a 'fork in the road' and are unable to decide about something important to you, take it!

You'll better be able to do this by upping your vibrational game, of which more below.

Best wishes

The Belgian artist, Etienne Loyson, has been practising sahaja yoga meditation for over 21years and in this short interview describes how he uses the guidance of his kundalini and the vibes to create some intriguing pieces of art. interestingly, a similar method is used by sahaja yogi schoolchildren in India to ace their exams. Listen to find out how you could use the technique to make your own important decisions...
Laughing All The Way To The Bank - How To Handle Worry.
If you're worried about the so-called 'Cost-of-Living ' crises brought on by the sky-high rate of inflation, then you're not alone. Everybody else is as well. The advantage you have though, is that it gives you the opportunity to use a key tool in your sahaj toolbox: the bandhan, like this.. (You might just find yourself laughing all the way to the bank).
Nature's Light - Using Vibes To Decide Things & Your Other Powers.
Truth, like light, is everywhere and when you're tapped into it, you'll tend to make the right decisions. Truth, unlike factual information, has a quality that nourishes your spirit and you feel it as the cool vibes on your hands when you meditate. So the next time you have an important decision to make, hold your hands out and feel which option gives you the cooler vibes. Plus, make use of these other powers you have...

Quote of the Week

" Judge everything through vibrations, not through..[mental].. understanding.  [Mental understanding] conditionings can bias our judgment...Through vibrations you will have the real knowledge about what is happening [essential quality of something]. Develop your vibrations [sensitivity to the vibes of things]...[by]...grow[ing] inward [meditative introspection]. "

" How can I manifest the things I want; and can I use visualisation with my meditation?"
In Reply:

You don't have to 'manifest' anything. It will come by itself with your daily meditation...if it's really something you need.

What you need is always going to be more valuable to you than what you want.

Visualisation is a play/hardening on the Agnya chakra. This makes it difficult to achieve the mental silence ( thoughtless awareness ) that occurs when kundalini crosses the Agnya into the Sahasrara at crown of head.

With thoughtless awareness everything else just happens effortlessly. This is the Zen art - which has to be cultivated - of 'doing nothing' or 'effortless action', described in Chinese philosophy as  Wu wei .

How To Build Better Relationships - Your Emotions, Subconscious & Conditionings.

How To Build Better Relationships - Your Emotions, Subconscious & Conditionings.

Dear Friend,

What attachment style do you have ?

The foundations of the quality of our adult relationships or attachments are laid in childhood, according to Attachment theory, by the kind of relationship we had with our parents ( or 'primary caregivers'). This is what becomes your attachment style.

Of the four different attachment styles, 62% of people tend to fall into the first category. You can find out what your attachment style is by taking this short quiz

According to Sahaja yoga, 'attachment style' is just another way of referencing our childhood conditionings or the subconscious part of our personality.

And while you can build better relationships by understanding yourself better from knowing what your attachment style is, it's far easier to let any subconscious angularities in your personality be gently smoothed away by your kundalini meditation. More about this below.

Also below:  Why you should walk more ; and a guided meditation to heal yourself by healing your parents.

Best wishes

Boost Your Mood & Creativity With Some Brisk Walking.
Why run when you can walk? Running may be one of the most popular forms of aerobic exercise, but you get similar benefits from regular brisk walks, minus the potential knee and foot injuries from the higher impact running. Apart from the immediate boost to your mood and creativity, here are 10 other benefits that you get from walking, ranging from improved eye sight to back pain relief...
Little One In The Middle - Healing Yourself By Healing  Your Parents.
The imprints of your childhood make you the person you are today. So sometimes personal change for the better involves revisiting your past. Through daily meditation, your kundalini automatically works out whatever needs to be worked out to make you the person you'd like to be. You can help things along with this short guided meditation to clear your left channel (mom) and your right channel (dad)...
Starting Fresh - Your Emotions, Subconscious & Conditionings.
Your left channel runs deep; deeper than your right channel, and can be complicated. Which means emotions ( that derive from the left channel ) can be complicated as well. This is the nature of the subconscious. If you feel that your emotional baggage is throwing a spanner in the works of your romantic attachments, then do this simple exercise to help with a fresh start when you meditate...

Quote of the Week

"We need peace. Human beings have to live in peace. They are beautifully made. They are made with such care. They are delicate beings. They are not to be hurt, they are not to be tortured, they are not to be troubled. Try to be kind to them. If the parents are not kind to the children, if a person does not have his parents in childhood, he is a volcanic personality. You have to be very, very kind to other people and nice to them. Do not create emergencies in their lives. If you create emergencies in their lives you are responsible for their troubles and their diseases. One must realise that human being is the most delicate thing that God has created so far. When you really love human beings as a whole you will realise this. "

" A friend of mine is going through a hard time at the moment, in their personal life as well as with their job situation. If I give them a bandhan, does it really help much if they don't have kundalini awakening?"
In Reply:

I'm assuming that the 'bandhan' you mean is the one used for problem solving rather than the one used for protection.

The answer is yes because all you're doing is giving them, from a distance, the benefit of your own kundalini connection to that self-organizing principle of Nature, that takes care of the benevolence of everybody, with or without kundalini awakening.
