Health, Longevity and Survival Instincts. Why You Are Ahead of the Curve.
Dear Friend,
When you close your eyes in meditation, there is an extraordinary thing going on which you may not be aware of, and which will eventually show up on your face.
In meditation your kundalini pierces your sahasrara chakra and opens your brahma-randhra (‘hole of Brahma’).
As a result, vibes begin to flood your subtle body (sukshma sharira) and descend into your nabhi chakra where a subtle process of digestion takes place.
The vibes at nabhi are broken down into the subtle elements (tanmatras ) which are the essences of the five elements of earth, water, fire, air, ether.
These then nourish your subtle body (sharira-bhrit) in a way that supports your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and can give a certain radiance to your face.
The process is a parallel of physiological process of metabolism, described in Ayurveda.
In addition to this, your kundalini, with daily meditation, improves your sensitivity not only to your own vibes, but also to the vibes of people, places and things.
With the sensitivity to your own vibes, you can detect when you’re not in balance and when a chakra is ‘caught’, usually due to the cut and thrust of daily life, and you can take the necessary steps to restore yourself (Finger physician).
It’s for good reason that in ancient yoga texts, including the Shri Lalita Sahasranama (1000 names of the Goddess), the kundalini is variously referred to as:
sarva-roga-hara (the destroyer of all diseases)
sarva-anga-sundari (who makes every aspect of life beautiful)
sudha-sarabhi-varshini (who sends down from sahasrara the ‘rain of nectar’/elixir of longevity)
The whole world, it seems, is spending a lot of money aspiring to what you’re achieving freely and effortlessly with your kundalini.
In 2024, the global wellness economy was valued at $6.8 trillion, according to the Global Wellness Institute, and this is set to grow to $9.8 trillion by 2029.
The biggest share of the market in 2024 was taken by Personal Care & Beauty, which accounted for $1.35 billion. This was followed by Physical Activity at $1.14 billion and Healthy Eating, Nutrition & Weight Loss at $1.45 billion.
Drilling down into the numbers (business opportunity report), there are actually 6 overlapping markets, consisting of :
Preventive and personalised healthcare
Longevity clinics and health optimisation
Supplements, nutrition and functional wellness
Digital health, wearables and AI
Longevity biotechnology and therapeutics
Lifestyle, fitness and healthy-ageing experiences
All this could represent an unconscious evolutionary urge, similar to giraffes developing long necks to reach high leaves to survive or fish (Tiktaalik ) growing legs to come onto land.
You’re ahead of the evolutionary curve. Keep up with your kundalini meditation. More below.
Also below: a reaction video that can make you feel you were there; and, using your bandhan super-power whenever you need it.
Best wishes
Peter
