How to Avoid Bad Decisions. It's Easier Than You Think. Dear Friend,
If on a past occasion you've found yourself in circumstances that was not the best, then you may, for a moment, have reflected on the life choices that had brought you to that point.
Most of the decisions we make on a daily basis, such as what to have for breakfast or what to wear to the office, don't have much riding on them. The consequences of a bad decision are not that serious.
But for more important matters such as buying a house or choosing a partner, you do want to get it right.
The problem is that our decisions are only as good as the information we have available to us. That information can be limited or based on false assumptions.
So most of the time when faced with a major decision to make, we're flying blind. This can feed into stress.
Luckily for you, this need not be the case.
With your daily kundalini meditation, your decisions become acts of inspiration. It becomes difficult to make a bad decision even if you try. More below.
