Seeking Stuff. Hunger For More Than Food.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness By 10-Minutes Daily Thoughtless Awareness.

Seeking Stuff. Hunger For More Than Food.

Dear Friend,

The world is in your stomach. And it's your stomach you need to pay attention to in order to change your world.

In yoga iconography, the deity that sustains existence is Shri Vishnu. From the navel of Shri Vishnu ('Padmanabha') grows a lotus on a stalk. Sitting in that lotus is the deity of creation, Shri Brahmadeva.

This visual shorthand is code for how you can make a difference to your life satisfaction if you want to. Nothing, really, is beyond your control.

Your Kundalini has awakened all the energies in you that were sleeping. Your deities act.

All that is required is that with your daily meditation, you seek rapport with them (mantras work). Then all your hungers are gradually satisfied. More below.

Also below: another reason to visit the Ideal Home Show; and, a meditation to fill in the gaps of your wants.

Best wishes

P.

Hunger For More Than Food.
According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Human Needs, we have basic needs, including for food, then psychological needs, and then self-fullment needs right at the top of the pyramid. Here's how your daily kundalini meditation produces it's beneficial effects on your needs by inverting the pyramid...

Quote of the Week

" [In evolution] the seeking starts in the stomach. First you seek food, then when you become human beings, you start seeking power, money, love [and] ultimately, God. It’s through seeking that you rise..."

Routine kills creativity. Break the routine. Set your alarm so that you can wake up for a 4am meditation - you can go back to sleep again afterwards.

4am is the special pre-dawn time called 'Brahma Muhurta' in yoga when the atmosphere, like a blank canvas, can be imprinted with your wishes and have creative effect.
