Shopping in Nirvana. Your Buddha Nature Explained. Dear Friend,
Your kundalini is like a rope made of many strands of energy. When you first get your self-realisation (kundalini-awakening), just a few strands of energy come up.
But with just these few strands of energy, the effect is like a ray of light shone into a dark room (yourself).
This revelation is the beginning of your enlightenment and self-knowledge.
Self-knowledge ('atma gyan') is the knowledge experienced directly on the central nervous system as vibes. It bypasses the colouring and distorting effect of the mind.
The experience of the vibes becomes a 6th sense. It gives you the ability of 'meta'- interoception (see: Interoception : the hidden sense that shapes wellbeing ). With this you can feel your chakras and cure yourself.
It also gives you the powers of 'meta' - exteroception, the ability to 'feel' other people, places and things. This could also be called 'super-intuition'.
You may begin to realise that what is 'inside' and what is 'outside' is the same identical field of being-ness. Everything is connected.
This is what your spirit ('atma') is. And the nature of your spirit is 'sat-chit-ananda', meaning, 'truth, awareness and bliss'.
The Sanskrit word for this 'experienced' knowledge through vibes is 'Bodh' which is the root of the word 'Buddha'.
So now you know. The difference between you and the Buddha is just a difference of degree : the rising of many strands of energy in the Buddha versus just a few strands in you.
Every time you achieve thoughtless awareness more strands of energy are able to rise. Then the closer you get to your Buddha nature. More below.
Also below: The one yoga exercise you should learn to do; and, the power of wishful thinking (with your heart).
Best wishesP. PS. Moon Calendar (at end) this coming week: Tue. 4th February - Saptami ( Get lucky!); Wed. 5th - Durgashtami (Beating the odds); Thurs. 6th - Navami (Coming out on top); Sat. 8th - Jaya Ekadashi (Victory lap) |
