Getting Your Timing Right. How Moon Cycle Can Help You in 2025.

Happy New Year!

May you get all that you wish for in 2025. Here's a reminder of some Moon lore /law to help you.

Between the effort you put into something versus your timing; timing wins every time.

It's like the difference between pushing at an open door (timing) versus tugging at a closed or locked one (effort).

This powerful piece of ancient wisdom is embedded in the cultures of India and China, which both rely on the lunar calendar.

In India, this is used for things like deciding the best date for a wedding or starting a new business, to ensure it's success.

You can use this knowledge to either plan something which is dear to your heart or use it to successfully ride out the daily ups and downs that 2025 has in store.

So provided for you below and in every weeks newsletter is a Sahaja yoga version of the lunar calendar with key times highlighted in some way. 

The most prominent are the 7th (saptami) and 9th (navami) lunar days of both the waxing and waning moon.

On these days, you'll hopefully be able to experience for yourself in your meditation the stronger sensation of vibes. Where the vibes are strong, things workout easier.

If you want something to succeed try and plan it for a saptami or navami day. There are other special days, of course, so check out the calendar below and watch this space (ps.).

It's said that whatever you do in January sets the basis of how your year ahead pans out. To make your January take off, use the moon side ( subconscious / intuition) in your meditation and compare the vibes you feel with what moon calendar says and then navigate accordingly...

I haven't been to the group meditation in a while and don't feel the vibes as much as I used to. Does this mean that my kundalini has gone back to sleep?

Your kundalini may be inactive but not asleep, once awakened. The moment you re-attend a group meditation session, you should be able to feel her again.

There's something about being in the same space as other yogis, that causes your own kundalini to move.
