Good-Bye 2024! What You Learned.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness By 10-Minutes Daily Thoughtless Awareness.

Good-Bye 2024! What You Learned.

Dear Friend,

You know that things don't always go according to plan, so at the beginning of this year, Curve Ball: Handling Unexpected Events, may have helped you to relax in the face of uncertainty.

Then as you developed the power of your meditative attention, you may have noticed how problems in your day-to-day life seemed to resolve themselves with Still Life: Your Power To Change Things.

Some of these things working out for you, may have come from being in the right place at the right time or meeting someone at the right time with Your Chance Meetings: Zen Timing & Help Out Of Nowhere.

You may have said something that miraculously set changes in motion with Speech Therapy: How What You Say Shapes Things.

And as we saw news reports of what was happening around the world, with innocent lives being lost in war, then How Human Life-Cycle Works: You Come Back as a Baby, may have provided some philosophical solace.

Turning your gaze away from events in another part of the world, to an elderly relative becoming a shadow of their former selves because of illness, How To Avoid Dementia When Older: Personality Trait Links To Chronic Illness, may have motivated you to start looking after yourself now.

As part of  looking after yourself, you may have decided to started keeping a dream journal near your bedside with Predictive Text: Your Subconscious Messages & How Lucid Dreams Can Guide You.

And if the source of dreams in the collective subconscious seems a mystery then some of the mystery about the universe was cleared up for you with Space-Time & You: How The Universe Works.

So you learned all this and much more. Sahaja Yoga really is the theory of everything.

To round this all off, there's a free cookbook for you to download below; and a reason for you not to spend all your free time this holiday doom-scrolling TikTok.

Have a fun-filled Christmas and I'll see you in the New Year!

Best wishes

Spiral Time - What Goes Around, Comes Around.
According to Indian cosmology time is cyclical (changing seasons) and ascending (evolutionary), which gives it a spiral movement like a staircase. According to Indian astrology, Satya Yuga (Age of Truth, Age of Aquarius/ Kundalini) has started. The significance of this is briefly explained by Shri Mataji at a Q&A here...

Quote of the Week

"Aquarius according to our [Indian] astrology is the Kundalini. What they say is that this age of Aquarius is very important, because this will change the lives of people.  Now there was Kali Yuga, means the worst possible times. The whole Kali Yuga means the absolutely the worst and worst possible time for our destruction. That was over. Then comes Kruta Yuga, I mean, overlapping. Now, in Kruta Yuga, this all-pervading power, they call it Paramchaitanya, becomes active. It starts helping people to come along [evolve]."

What is the Sahaja Yoga treatment for diabetes?
In Reply:

According to Sahaja yoga, diabetes is caused by a malfunctioning right swadisthana chakra. So the treatment is to improve the right swadisthana.

You can do this with regular use of the ice-pack treatment for the liver and daily footsoaking - at least until you see an improvement.

Also, an Ayurvedic remedy that helps with the control of blood sugar, involves the use of 'methi' (fenugreek).
