What Your Dreams Tell You - Getting Full Knowledge About Your Self.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness By 10-Minutes Daily Thoughtless Awareness.

What Your Dreams Tell You - Getting Full Knowledge About Your Self.

Dear Friend,

How self-aware are you? Human awareness is like an iceberg : the small bit above the water is your conscious awareness; the much larger part below the surface is your subconscious awareness.

The subconscious awareness is where all the action is, because that's where most of  the impulses that drive your waking existence come from.

If you have a habit you can't get rid of ; if you feel guilty easily or beat yourself up about things; if you suffer from insecurity when there's no obvious reason to, then the source of all this is likely to be your subconscious.

The dreams you have provide you with a window into your subconscious. Keeping a dream journal is a tried and tested way of not only getting to know and understand yourself better, but also in resolving any issues you perceive you have (see: How Keeping a Dream Journal Benefits Your Waking Life).

Luckily for you, your kundalini knows everything about you, including the entirety of your subconscious. So with your daily meditation, she's fixing everything she needs to fix to help you flourish.

Plus she's giving you the full knowledge about your self, of which more below.

Also below: getting the benefits of a fast without the fasting; and a simple breathing exercise to anchor you to the present moment.

Best wishes

Ayurvedic Fasting/ How To Do A 16-Hour 'Cheat' Fast.
Overcoming an urge doesn't always require willpower. Sometimes you can 'cheat' and still get the benefit of your abstinence. Take fasting for example.  An occasional fast can give a rest to your digestive system; allow your body to detox and boost your vitality. A 16-hr cheat version might look like this: last meal at 6pm; bed at 10pm; up at 6am; late breakfast at 10am. Here are the ayurvedic do's and don'ts to fasting...

Getting Full Knowledge About Your Self (Hint: It's Not By Reading).
The path to self-knowledge is not through books. Something real has to happen to you . And you're built precisely for this to take place. It's like a gas boiler used in heating a house . There's a steady pilot light (your spirit) which gets ignited when you switch the gas on (kundalini) which then warms your house (self-knowledge). Here's what else happens...

Quote of the Week

"But the reason why you get dreams actually is that the unconscious, which is within you, or you can say the Kundalini or your Atma[Spirit], is trying to guide you to the right path. "

" I've been meditating regularly and feel that I'm on a journey of discovery. If it is a journey, then what is the destination?"
In Reply:

When a seed (your kundalini) sprouts, it's 'destination' is to grow into a tree (potential) and bear fruit (effects).

For the most part, the destination is the journey itself, which is the process of personal growth through daily meditation.

With this, your health improves; your wealth improves; your relationships improve; you get emotional fulfilment; your worries disappear; your creativity increases; your goals change and you achieve them...and the list goes on.

And all these are the 'fruits' of your daily meditation. So what sustains your practice are the tangible effects. The destination is the journey; and the journey is the destination. It's timeless.
