Your Fantasies, Fears & Moon Lore. Tracking & Healing Your Hidden Depths.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness with Daily 10-Minutes Mental Silence.

Your Fantasies, Fears & Moon Lore. Tracking & Healing Your Hidden Depths.

Dear Friend,

If you ever sleepwalked as a child, like I did, then you’ll be aware that there are parts of yourself that you know absolutely nothing about.

It’s these hidden parts of yourself that can have an influence on your thoughts, feelings, behaviour, the choices you make and, ultimately, how you experience your life on a daily basis.

This is what was explored by the Swiss psychiatrist and psychotherapist, Carl Jung ( for a quick refresh of some of his ideas, John Firth, a regular meditator, has provided a 2 minute read here ).

A powerful symbol in Jung’s depth psychology is the moon. The insight that Jung gained through his work, was that the moon is associated with hidden or unconscious, instinctual parts of the human psyche.

This is where our fears, fantasies and dreams come from. The name Jung gave it is the ‘Anima’. Anima represents ‘the inner feminine, sensitivity, creativity and is linked to the Maternal archetype’.

This is exactly what your kundalini is: the inner mother who knows you better than you know yourself.

And because she knows everything about you, including the carry-over from all your previous lives, she has the capacity to heal you in a way that no psychotherapist ever could.

With your daily kundalini meditation, there is a gradual resolution to all the issues you may have on your ida nadi (moon channel).

The moon no longer remains just a symbol, as it was for Jung, but becomes instead the outward manifestation of a real inner force that you can harmonise with for your betterment.

This is the significance of the moon calendar included at bottom in this newsletter every week. It’s a way to track and help heal your hidden depths. More below.

Best wishes

Your Question Answered

I can feel my kundalini but if I’m being honest, I haven’t yet been able to go completely quiet in my head. The thoughts are still going on. How can I get the mental silence?

Reply:

The three techniques that usually help in achieving mental silence are:

  • Negating the thoughts by mentally saying : ‘Neti, Neti’ which means “not this, not that”, every time a thought comes into your head.

  • Allowing your attention to get absorbed into the flow of the rising kundalini.

  • Gentle breath control where the breathing is paused and you find yourself balanced in the moment, in the present, where no thoughts enter in.
