How You're Helped. Leaning Into Nature's Intelligence.

Achieving Your Health, Wealth & Happiness By 10-Minutes Daily Thoughtless Awareness.

How You're Helped. Leaning Into Nature's Intelligence.

Dear Friend,

When you're stuck, and even when you're not; follow the Tao.

In Chinese philosophy, the Tao or the Way is described like this:

Something that contains everything,
Quiet and still, pure and deep;
Here before heaven and earth,
Alone and unchanging
Like a mother bringing up her children
Formless, it completes all things.

Not knowing its real name,
We call it the Way.
Not knowing how to describe it,
We call it sacred.

(Tao Te Ching chapter 25The Mother of All things)

When you embrace the Tao and see Her effects then you loosen your grip and begin to experience another concept of Chinese philosophy called Wu Wei, meaning 'non-action' or 'effortless-action'.

The things you've struggled over just fall into place when you let go.

This is what Wu Wei and the Tao is. It's also what Sahaja yoga is . More below.

Also below: book free tickets for an Indo-African musical experience; and, putting back what work takes out of you.

Best wishes

Quote of the Week

"Anything you find very difficult, is not, because you take it upon yourself. But if you leave it to this All-pervading Power of Divine love, to this power of Adi Shakti, Paramchaitanya, nothing is difficult, nothing is so bad that you cannot manage it."

June 9th 1996, Cabella Ligure (Italy).

I still find it difficult to be thoughtless in meditation. What can I do?
In Reply:

If you're finding it difficult to achieve mental silence then  there are 3 things that can help.

First, include a regular cold water and salt foot spa in your practice.

It not only takes tension out of your feet which physically benefits you overall, but also clears the three lower chakras: mooladhara, swadisthana and nabhi. This makes it easier for your kundalini to rise and make you go thoughtless.

Secondly, use the icepack treatment to help cool down a hot liver which is the cause of a busy mind.

Thirdly, clear your agnya chakra by a relaxed gazing of your meditation photo for a few minutes before you close your eyes.
