The Power of Your Pure Attention.


Dear All,
The picture below explains one of the first 'gifts' from your practice of sahaja yoga meditation, which is that things start to work out and you're able to 'go with the flow more' in your day-to-day.

If you're not yet getting this, then let me know - I may be able to suggest a few things you could try, especially if your not feeling any vibes on your hands or above your head during your meditation or you're not sure whether you're touching thoughtless awareness even for a brief few seconds at a time.
