These include: fear of redundancy or changes, and difficult relationships with colleagues. At the top of the list, however, is a lack of control over your workload.
What this is, is the feelings of powerlessness that comes when other people are calling the shots on things that affect you.
This is why most people, ideally, would like to be their own boss.

In case you hadn't noticed, one of the subtle effects of your daily kundalini meditation is that it is integrating your personality.
What this means is that your heart (what you want), your head (what you understand), and your action, all begin to pull in the same direction.
