Be the Boss. How Integrating Your Personality Lifts You to Another Level.


Dear Friend,

The are 7 main areas of work-related stress, according to this NHS webpage about mental health.

These include: fear of redundancy or changes, and difficult relationships with colleagues. At the top of the list, however, is a lack of control over your workload.

What this is, is the feelings of powerlessness that comes when other people are calling the shots on things that affect you.

This is why most people, ideally, would like to be their own boss.

If this is you, then you don't have to wait around for that golden opportunity to become your own person. You can start it today.

In case you hadn't noticed, one of the subtle effects of your daily kundalini meditation is that it is integrating your personality.

What this means is that your heart (what you want), your head (what you understand), and your action, all begin to pull in the same direction.

The empowering effect of this begins to show up in whatever circumstances you find yourself in. And you begin to flourish in new ways. More below.

Sometimes I feel the vibes strongly when I meditate. Sometimes I don't feel much. Why is that? 
In Reply:

The reason we sometimes don't feel vibes very much when we meditate is because of the state we're in  when we sit down.

If you're in a relatively balanced or centered state, then your kundalini flows better and you can easily feel the vibes.

If you're not centered, which could be due to an agitation on your left side (emotions) or right side (mental), then your kundalini is occupied with trying to correct that and there is less flow.

Two  things that will guarantee you a consistent flow of vibes with your meditation is to use the meditation photo and candle when possible, and to regularly footsoak.

Also, use the technique for clearing left and right we use during the group meditation sessions.
