Next-Level Problem Solving. How Power of Your Attention Works.


Dear Friend,

According to yoga, when your kundalini rises, she pushes your 'chitta' or attention out through a hole at the top of your head called the 'brahma-randhra' or 'hole of brahma'.

As a result of this, your chitta begins to flow into the 'brahma-chaitanya', the all-pervading energy of life and existence. The analogy is like a river flowing into ocean.

When a river flows into the ocean, water is mixing with water and the two become indistinguishable. The power and quality of the ocean becomes the power and quality of the river flowing  into it.

In the same way, your flowing chitta acquires the properties of the brahma-chaitanya.

The brahma-chaitanya can be thought of as the 'Everything, Everywhere, All at Once' , recalling the 2022 movie starring Michelle Yeoh.

It knows everything.

When you have a problem that needs solving, trying to figure it out may be old-skool.

The better way to approach a problem is to meditate on it instead. Let the plane take the strain. The brahma-chaitanya knows everything. More below.

Dear Friend,

I know of a Sahaja yogi who by day is the  director in charge of global products and data analytics at a major drug research firm.

And by night, because of the time difference, uses his spare bedroom for financial operations, trading gold and equities on the US markets.

By all accounts, he is not only good at his day job but also good at his night time side hustle.

The reason that is, as he keeps reminding me in our conversations, is because he's gone all in on the various Generative AI tools that can make difficult tasks easy.

For example, using machine learning predictive analytics, he and his team were able to identify faults on medical devices that his firm supplies to hospitals; saving his firm the cost of dispatch and and then recall.

For his financial trading operation, he uses the premium version of the new ChatGPT5 to plot and tweak his investment strategy.

He says it's like having ongoing advice and mentoring from a PhD master trader.

What all this shows is that AI can be very beneficial, especially if you know how to make best use of it.

Which is what is driving tech companies to develop better and more advanced AI.

However, there's a handful of experts such as the 'godfather of AI', Geoffrey Hinton, talking here about existential risk. including mass unemployment and bio-weapons from Advanced AI.

Shri Mataji, as far back as 1984 before any of this was invented, also warned of the risk.

The good news is that Shri Mataji was speaking in the context of how kundalini awakening actualises your superiority  to any man-made computer. More below.

Somebody suggested that I visit a healer for my chronic backache. Could this affect my kundalini?
In Reply:

Being able to feel vibes may guide you.

Hopefully, you've reached the point in your own practice of Sahaja yoga where you know that cool vibes are positive and warm sensations are not so great.

Go into meditation, hold your hands open as you pay attention to the healer and to the use of a healer, and see what sensations you feel on your hands.

If your hands feel cool then the healer may be able to help. If your hands feel hot, warm or clammy then best avoid.

The same test can be used when deciding on which chiropractor to use. 

Sometimes an unresolved physical complaint such as a backache my have a non-physical root cause. It could, for example, be psychosomatic.

Use the Finger Physician Guide to determine which chakras are affected and which may give you a clue as to the source of the backache.
