9 Free Guided Meditations For Your Phone.

Recent scientific research shows that regular meditation beefs up your DNA and protects you from ill-health, stress and depression at a molecular level. Other investigations show that the Giant Panda may soon not be with us. Say what? 

Yea, you read that right. The 2 facts are related. The rate of extinction in the plant and animal kingdom is growing exponentially in what is called the Halocene Extinction.   Meditation, according to Shri Mataji ,  is the evolutionary route to providing the human species with some ecological immunity, so that we don't all go the way of the Neanderthals
