Water Works. Drinking to Your Health & Longevity.


Dear Friend,

The 'computer code' for your body is your DNA. This determines everything about you, including your health and life-span.

Recent research shows that water molecules entwines itself to the DNA in way that was not known or understood before.

This means that water at a cellular level plays a more important role than just being a medium of biochemical processes.

Because of waters interplay with DNA, it could be having an epigenetic effect. Epigenetics refers to DNA 'changing' through gene expression.

Experiments done with vibrated water on flowers and crops shows the remarkable effects on size and yield.

This could be indirect evidence of the significance of DNA-water molecule binding.

What's good for plants can have similar effects in us too.

To rebuild yourself from your DNA up and enjoy the effects to your health and longevity, regularly drinking vibrated water may be the way to go. More below.

Can I teach Sahaja Yoga to other people?
In Reply:

Yes you can, informally, so long as you remember that it is not a mental knowledge but an experienced knowledge that other people can feel as well.

So all you really need is the ability to feel vibes; the ability to raise the kundalini of another person and a rapport with your meditation photo because you're channelling from a source.

And of course, it can't be charged for; either separately or bundled in with something else that is charged for.

Fierce Love. How Your Sleep Helps.


Dear Friend,

How much sleep are you getting every night?  The recommended daily amount say doctors is between 7 - 9 hours a night.

But the research shows that the quality of your sleep matters more than how long you're in bed for.

Which is not surprising since, ideally, sleep helps you in the following ways:
  • mental stress relief
  • problem-solving
  • healing
  • immunity
  • emotional regulation
  • better decision-making

In kundalini yoga, sleep is personified as the mother goddess Mahakali. The beneficial functions of sleep are an expression of her motherly love.

She is sometimes portrayed in Indian iconography with a fierce warrior form, defeating the forces of negativity in order to to protect her children (ie. you).

So her's is a fierce love. She is the fever when you're sick, by which you get better; the comforter when you're troubled.

Mahakali is represented on your left subtle channel ('ida nadi') and with kundalini awakening the benefits of sleep seem especially noticeable.

How can I deal with bouts of anxiety? All I have to do is start thinking about some matter and then my whole mood can go down with the worry.

In Sahaja yoga, the 2 tools you have for handling anything causing you anxiety and worry, are the bandhan and 'laya' meditation technique.

They both rely on your kundalini's connection to the Parama-chaitanya (self-organising principle of Nature).

The bandhan is a 'telephone call' to the Parama-chaitanya.

The laya meditation is a 'dissolving' of the issue in the Parama-chaitanya.

You can use the laya meditation technique as a form of walking meditation. Any time a thought comes that creates anxiety in you, just 'dissolve' it at Sahasrara by saying :"not this; not this!".

With daily meditation using your meditation photo, your Sahasrara merges more and more with the Parama-chaitanya.
