How You're Helped. Leaning Into Nature's Intelligence. Dear Friend,
When you're stuck, and even when you're not; follow the Tao.
In Chinese philosophy, the Tao or the Way is described like this: Something that contains everything, Quiet and still, pure and deep; Here before heaven and earth, Alone and unchanging Like a mother bringing up her children Formless, it completes all things. Not knowing its real name, We call it the Way. Not knowing how to describe it, We call it sacred.
(Tao Te Ching chapter 25: The Mother of All things)
When you embrace the Tao and see Her effects then you loosen your grip and begin to experience another concept of Chinese philosophy called Wu Wei, meaning 'non-action' or 'effortless-action'.
The things you've struggled over just fall into place when you let go.
This is what Wu Wei and the Tao is. It's also what Sahaja yoga is . More below.
